Anthony P. Carona

SLINGERLANDS – Anthony P. Carona, 45, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, after a long struggle with a chronic illness.

He was born in Albany and was a graduate of Siena College and Albany Law School. Anthony was passionate about helping others through charity and community development. He was a talented fundraiser for the benefit of local charities. Anthony enjoyed traveling, geology and European history.

Anthony is survived by his husband Ross Brunetto-Carona; his parents, Jack and Sandy Carona, his sister Jacqueline (Rick) Lane and his grandmother Florence Muzio.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 in memory of Anthony P. Carona.
