FORT MYERS, FL. - William “Bill” Michael Fatica, 68, passed away on June 5, 2018. He was born in Albany, New York on January 15, 1950 to Michael and Elizabeth Fatica.
Bill grew up in Ravena, New York and graduated from Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School and New York State University at Albany. He worked as a C.P.A. in Albany, New York and in Fort Myers, Florida. In Albany, Bill was a partner at Tate, Disanto and Fatica, and in Fort Myers he wrapped up his career at Harlequin Nature Graphics, where he had the opportunity to work both in Florida and Spain. He often recalled stories of his early days working at Star Markets in the Albany area as well as the time he spent sailing and scuba diving.
Bill is survived by his daughter Marianne Fatica, son Michael Fatica, sisters Linda Crossman, Susan Zehner, and Gloria Kuhn, brother-in-law Doug Kuhn, and his nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit with Bill’s family at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave. Colonie on Saturday, June 16, from 10:00am to 11:00am. A brief prayer service will follow at 11:00am before proceeding to St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Coeymans, New York.
