Shawn M. Alberry

BRADENTON, FL – Shawn M. Alberry, 42, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 16, 2021 in Bradenton.

He was born in Albany. Shawn is the beloved son of Herk and Donna Masone Alberry. Shawn is the brother and best friend of Erika Lyn Alberry. He is the special Godson of Michael (Michele) Masone and JoAnne (William) McDaniel. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The dear friends that he left behind are as countless as the stars in the sky.

Shawn graduated from Clayton A. Bouton High School in Voorheesville. He graduated from Schenectady Community College with an AAS in culinary arts. Shawn’s love for cooking took him to the Kentucky Derby, Saratoga, Colorado and many venues in Albany, the Adirondacks and several places in Florida.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Shawn’s family on Sunday August 22, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave. Colonie. Interment will be Monday morning at 11:00 am at Memory Gardens.
