Richard J. Bonomo

Clifton Park – Richard Joseph Bonomo, 54, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Mount Kisco, NY and is the son of Joseph M. Bonomo and the late Mary A. Bonomo.

Rich is survived by his cherished wife and mother of their four children, Madeline (Germano) Bonomo. He is the beloved father of Ashley Lynn Bonomo, Joseph Anthony Bonomo, Lizzy Bonomo and Richard Michael Bonomo. He is the proud Papa to Enzo Anthony, Leo Joseph and Jolene. Rich is the devoted brother of Julie (Thomas) Sessa and Alison (Patrick) Keery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many loyal associates at Global Foundries in Malta.

Rich was a 1985 graduate of R.P.I. He was the President and Professional Engineer for RJB Engineering, LLC. A talented and well respected engineer, Rich most recently oversaw several expansions at Global Foundries as the Facilities Engineer Design Lead. He was a devout Christian and family man first. His powerful voice and sense of humor will always be remembered by his loving family.

Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 am at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave, Colonie. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Rich’s family on Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
