Waterford – Philandra (Tee) Pegram, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 17, 2025 at St. Peter's Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Philandra was the middle child of Myrtle M. Bennett and the late Thomas Pegram, born on August 3rd, 1969 in Troy, NY. She was a graduate of Troy High School, Class of '87 and Mildred Elly and Austin School of Spa Technology, Class of '08.
Philandra was no stranger to hard work. Over the years, she worked for Eden Park Nursing, Garden Way Inc., GE, KFC, Morgan Linen, Sav a-lot, and various part-time jobs. At the time of her passing, she was a beloved and well respected employee of Marcone Supply.
Philandra was unique in her own right. She danced to her own beat and lived life on her own terms. She was very creative, whether it was renaming people, doing nails, creating back splashes, or painting man cave(s) for family/friends. She was loved and known by many, especially the children, as she never met a stranger.
Philandra leaves to mourn her memories, her loving mother, Myrtle M. Bennett; her brother, Kenneth D. Pegram; and her sister, Gabrielle A. Pegram; her cousin (other brother), Lee "Billy aka Bubba" Wallace; her best friend, Rhonda Majors-Hand berry; and a host of relative and friends.
