Patricia H. Sager

LOUDONVILLE – Patricia H. Sager, of Loudonville, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Albany Medical Center.

She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Peter and Helen Sawczak. Patricia had worked in retail for many years, most recently at Macy’s She was predeceased by her husband Edward Sager.

Patricia is the devoted mother of Craig (Patricia) Sager and Jeffrey (Cathy) Sager.  She is the sister of Edward Sawczak and Ronald (Vivian) Sawczak.  Patricia is the cherished grandmother of Alessandra (Jerry) Fossati, Jeffrey (Lyndsey) Sager, Christopher (Alyssa) Sager, Christopher (Kaile) Sager and Craig (Julia) Sager. She is the great grandmother of Addison, Kennedy, Emilia, Cora, Weston, Tessa and Tegan.

Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9 to 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Albany Medical Center Unit E5.
