Nancy A. Wolle

July 5, 1937 — September 22, 2023

COLONIE, NY – Nancy Ann Judd Wolle, daughter of the late Ruth and Jesse Judd, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023. She was born July 5, 1937 in Stevens Point, WI and was raised in Bancroft WI.

Nancy was predeceased by her husbands, Henry Hintz and Curtis Wolle and her daughter Kimberley Jackson.  She is survived by her children, Brian Hintz, Jon (Gail) Hintz of Wisconsin and Cheryl Kenworthy of Latham, NY. She is the grandmother of Jamie, Heather and Hannah.

Nancy attended the Wisconsin School of Business. She went on to have different jobs, which included secretary positions, JC Penny catalog and later owned her own Sears Dealer Store for many years with her husband Curtis.

Her most important job was being a mother. She loved her children more than anything. Nancy was always a wonderful hostess for all her friends and an awesome cook. She was well known for her famous banana bread. Nancy enjoyed crocheting prayer blankets for her church where she spent a lot of time volunteering.

Nancy loved the Green Bay Packers, win or lose. She was an avid golfer and tournament bowler. Nancy loved people. She enjoyed talking to everyone and was known to say wherever she was, “It takes very little to be kind”.

The family would like to thank the “step down unit” at St. Peter’s Hospital and especially the Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Home for their extreme kindness and caring. We are grateful for you.

Any donations in Nancy’s name can be made to the local hospice organization. At the family’s request, a private service will be held at a later date. To leave a message of condolence for the family, visit www.CannonFuneral.com
