Marie Tuczynski

COLONIE – Marie Tuczynski, 94, of Colonie, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Schenectady and was the daughter of the late Peter and Carrie Pisano Mauro. Marie was predeceased by her husband William A. Tuczynski Sr. in 2000. She was a terrific cook of Italian specialties. Marie’s life revolved around her cherished family.

Marie is the beloved mother of William “Buck” (Kathryn) Tuczynski, Peter (Cyndy) Tuczynski and Tracy Tuczynski. She is the dear sister of Rosemary Mauro and Peter Mauro. Marie is Grandma T to Darcy, Brock, Reanna, Tammy, Kyle, Hollie and Karen. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, a niece and a grandniece.
