Livia Mormile

LATHAM  - Mary Livia Mormile, 69, of Latham, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, March 26, 2023 , surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Aldo and Ruth Malossi. Livia was a 1971 graduate of Vincentian Institute. She was a purchasing agent for Suny @ Albany Research Foundation for many years. Livia was an animal enthusiast. She loved her cherished family, especially her grandchildren.

Livia is the beloved wife of 49 years to Frank “Mugsy” Mormile. She is the devoted Mother of Frank Mormile III and Christopher Mormile (Amanda Rubino). Livia is the grandmother of Kaiden and Remi Mormile. She is the sister of Nicholas Malossi. She will be missed by her beloved dogs, Frankie, Ava and Willabean.

Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services on Thursday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, 1389 Central Ave. Colonie.
