ALBANY – Linda I. Johnson Quattlebaum, 68, of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, January 06, 2021 at Albany Medical Center. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Homer Johnson and Nancy Gibson.
Linda was a unit manager at St. Ann’s Institute in Albany for over twenty years. She had also worked for Hope House in Albany. Linda was a natural caregiver, always helping others. She loved her friends, caring for her grandbabies and playing cards. She was a straightforward woman and will be dearly missed.
Linda is the mother of Mark “Sharky” Johnson, Stephon Quattlebaum, Lea Jay Martin, Aseisha Bell and Pryceless Caldwell. She is the sister of William, Richard and Tony Johnson and the late Lea Jay, Joyce and Dorothy Johnson. Linda is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie with Rev. Kimberly C. Hall, Senior Pastor, The Lord's House of Deliverance Baptist Church, officiating. Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
