Leonard "Scotti" Sciotti

Rensselaer – Leonard “Scotti” C. Sciotti, 75, of Rensselaer, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 30, 2023. He was born in Troy and was the son of the late Marion (John) Tyll. Scotti was married to late wife, Jane Sciotti for 50 years.

He proudly served his country in Vietnam with the US Army. Scotti worked at Owens Corning Corp, in Selkirk for many years. If you knew Scotti you knew he loved Stewart’s, Saratoga Racetrack, scotch, fishing and his family.

He is survived by his children, Jeffrey and Nicholas (Alisia); his grandchildren, Chloe, Alex, and Athena. He has left behind his wonderful fiancé Carol Sgroi, who kept him going and made a very large impact to his life.
