Kerstin I. Browder

On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Kerstin was called to be with the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy. As the eldest daughter of Susan Walker and Ronald F. Browder, Kerstin was deeply cherished by her family. She proudly graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names and SUNY Albany, where she cultivated her passion for learning and growth.

After a courageous and extended battle with illness, she found peace and took her place in heaven, reunited with her beloved mother and her grandparents, Edward and Juanita Johnson. Kerstin's warmth and spirit will be profoundly missed by her father Ron, her sisters Karis, Domenica, and Jenee, her brother Wayman III, her stepfather Wayman Walker, Jr. and Godson Tamir. In addition to a host of Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Kerstin had a unique ability to touch the hearts of everyone she encountered, spreading love, laughter, and compassion wherever she went. In honor of her vibrant spirit, she requested that instead of a formal service, a beautiful release of Chinese lanterns be held in her memory, symbolizing her everlasting light and the love she shared with all.
