Kenneth "Kae" Jackson

Latham - On the afternoon of July 31st, 2023, Kenneth Raylon Jackson AKA Kenny or Kae passed away unexpectedly at the age of 52.

Kenny was born in Albany NY to Joseph and Bernice Jackson on February 11th, 1971. He attended the Albany Public school system and graduated from Albany High School. Kenny worked for many years in a variety of places including Harold Hood funeral service, Price Chopper as a manager and Rivers Casino as an Engineer in the facilities department.

Kenny had many talents and gifts. He worked with his uncle Savina Fantroy “Beno” Tree service for many years where he developed his love for landscaping and gardening. Landscaping was the one he loved most. It made him feel like he was an artist when he would shape the bushes and manicure lawns. Kenny always has a smile on his face, it would often brighten someone’s day. He always lends a helping hand in time of need. His acts of kindness brought him great pride, drawing many people into his life. To say the least Kenny will be missed by many.

Kenny is survived by his father Joseph Jackson, Mother Bernice Jackson, Life Partner Krystle Brooks, Siblings: Marco Jackson (Lena), Jodeya Jackson, Orlan Jackson, Margaret Jackson and Melantha Jackson, his children Kentresa Jackson, Jahmeer Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Kendreya Jackson, Kenyatte Jackson, and Kentiana Jackson, his grandchildren: Jidahvi Roberson, Kezziah Morales, Mia Jackson and Lorenzo Rivers, along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects to Kenny on Wednesday August 9th from 10 am to 12 noon at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie.
