Jeanne O. Casserly

Petaluma, California - Jeanne Owens Casserly, 90, passed away Sunday September 30, 2018. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Robert Owens and Jeanette (Karius) Owens.

A 1946 graduate of St. Anne’s Academy in Albany’s south end, she was a supervisor in the accounting department for NY Telephone for 14 years before retiring in 1960. Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 65 years, Edward Casserly and her sister and brother in law Margaret and John T. Murphy. She is survived by her daughter, Debra and her husband Tom of California, her grandchildren Catherine and Allison of California, her brother in law James Casserly (the late Frances) of Niskayuna, NY, Reverend Eugene Casserly of Pensacola, FL and Charley Casserly and wife Beverly of Virginia. Jeanne is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
