Grace Louise Martin

ALBANY - Grace Louise Martin, 69, surrounded by her friends and family passed peacefully into eternal life on Monday, October 8, 2018.

A lifelong social worker, Grace helped better the lives of young women working for both Saint Anne’s Institute in Albany and the Schenectady Community Action Program where she helped start Sojourn House, a home for pregnant teen girls.  Grace is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Daniel, sons Malachi and Michileen, her beloved grandsons Aidan and Tadhg, brother Raymond Huhn and sister Barbara Wright.  Grace loved all things Italian, keeping things in order, but most of all her family and friends. She was amazing!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Parish of Mater Christi, Albany.
