Elizabeth "Betty" G. Wunsch

Colonie – Elizabeth “Betty” G. Wunsch, 89, of Colonie, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 after a brief illness. She was born in North Albany and was the daughter of the late Carl and Clara Graber. Betty was predeceased by her husband Walter J. Wunsch Sr. in 1997.

Betty was a Customer Service Representative with Traveler’s Insurance Company for many years. She had a sharp mind and was an avid reader. Betty was a member of the Kuhn Senior Citizens and the Hearthstone Bowling League.

Betty is the devoted mother of Walter (Pamela) J. Wunsch Jr., Sharon (Mark) Lifite and Donald (Debra) Wunsch. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Betty’s family on Sunday from 1 to 3 pm at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave. Colonie. Funeral Services will be Monday morning at 11:00 at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
