Diane J. (Hughes) Paraso

ALBANY – Diane J. Hughes Paraso, 63, of Ormond Beach, FL and formerly of Colonie, passed away of natural causes on March 13, 2018. She was born in Schenectady and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Vera Hughes.

Diane was a graduate of Colonie High School. She enjoyed the outdoors, her cherished family and spending time in the Adirondacks. Diane was a kind and caring woman that always put others needs and concerns ahead of her own.  She was a longtime caregiver and nurse’s aide throughout the Capital Region.

Diane is survived by her husband John Paraso. She is the dear mother of James (Danielle) Gerren and the late Josh Gerren. Diane is the sister of John (Sandy) Hughes and the loving grandmother of Harper Gerren. She is the stepmother of TJ (Michelle) Paraso.
