Demetrios Kyratzis

COLONIE – Demetrios Kyratzis,  89, of Colonie, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Albany Memorial Hospital.

He is the husband of 59 years to Anita Kyratzis. Devoted father of Anastasia (David) Leach and A.J. Kyratzis.  Grandfather of Demetrios Kyratzis and Jason, Brendan and Ryan Leach. Uncle of Saki (Marygrace) Kyratzis and family. He is also survived by his brother John (Cleo) Kyratzis and sister Popi Papaioanou and several nieces and nephews in Greece.

Funeral services will be Friday morning at 9:00 am at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Ave., Colonie then to St. Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church, 440 Whitehall Rd. Albany at 10:00am. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery.
