Beverly M. Morse

COLONIE – Beverly Mae (Hallahan) Morse, of Colonie, passed away at Schenectady Center Nursing Center on July 13, 2024. She was born in Albany on July 22, 1935, to the late Mary and Robert Hallahan.

Beverly was predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, Ronald Morse; her brother Bob Hallahan and her stepfather Edard Devine. She is survived by two loving daughters, Karen (Michael) Pomeroy and Linda (Patrick) Rotchford, and cherished grandsons, Matthew Rotchford and Thomas Rotchford. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Beverly graduated from Roessleville High School in 1954. She then started working at Banker’s Trust and retired at age 55 from First American Bank as head teller. Bev married the love of her life, Ron in 1955. She loved camping with her family and friends, dancing with her girlfriends at Dee Dee’s, watching her soap operas and visiting casinos.

The family would like to thank the Schenectady Center Nursing & Rehabilitation for the wonderful care and compassion.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Beverly’s family on Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave. Colonie. A prayer service will be offered at 1:00 pm followed by interment at Memory Gardens.
