Anna Lucy Floser

MEDFIELD, MA - Anna Lucy Floser, 80, of Medfield died peacefully at home on February 8, 2017 surrounded by her family.  She was the wife of Ronald K. Floser of 59 years, loving mother of Ronald K. Floser, Jr. of Millbury, MA; Cynthia A. Floser and partner, Brenda of Bristol, CT; Donna B. Wood and husband, Marshall of Lancaster, MA; and Kelly B. Ellis and husband, Robert of North Grafton, MA; seven grandchildren: Justin, Kyle, Jessica, Ashlynn, Taylor, Chloe, and Zachary; also several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister, Joyce H. Nati.

She was born and raised in Albany, NY, the daughter of the late Foster H. and Bessie Hahm.  She was a graduate of Philip Schuyler High School in Albany, NY, Class of 1954.  She worked as an Executive Secretary for the State of New York and then for the Medfield Public School System for 28 years, retiring in 2010.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Medfield, an avid shopper who always loved a bargain, a great cook, adored wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt.  She enjoyed time spent with her family, playing cards, games, Cape Cod, and the ocean.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00 at Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon.
